Also consider Sea-Ward for special functions from May 28- June 29 or Sept 16 - Oct 4, such as weddings, graduations, business meetings and retreats. Discounts are available.

*Room rates are for 1 or 2 persons. Cottage rates are for up to 4 persons. For each extra person please add $10.00 per night. Children 8 and under stay at no extra charge. There's a $15.00 extra charge for one night stays.
Rates subject to Maine rentals tax.

Sea-Ward is open May 28 through October 11th this year. Reservations require an advance deposit for the first night's stay. Reservations are confirmed by your deposit and must be received within 10 days after making your reservation. We accept payment by check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover.
